Does anyone have a good idea for what to get the godparents on my baby’s christening day?

this is a hard one – i ended up giving my sons godparents their gift after the christening. i got a lovely group photo taken on the day and got them put in nice silver frames.
i looked all over the net and it didnt really help.
i dont think godparents really expect a gift anyways – the gift is already there of being a godparent cas thats something very special . so giving them the photo after the christening would be a nice suprise – and something for them to keep

I received a lovely silver frame with my god daughters photo in it ….. having the honour of being a godparent is the best gift ever!

I do not believe that many godparents expect a gift. However, if you are determined to give them something, I would make it a keepsake, Photos and frames are lovely, perhaps a prayer (framed) for the godparents, charms for bracelets/necklaces with the date on them, or a religious book would be a good idea. Enjoy the day!

We did pretty much what the first girl said she did. It’s a nice gift, even though I don’t think the godparents expect anything. We also took a professional picture of our baby and gave that to them.
Take care!

I dont think godparents expect to receive any gifts, the christening is for your baby, not them. The honor to be the godparents is the best gift of all.

You can give them a picture frame that has the word godmother. or father I found one at the mall. They usually have shops/stands that takes your photos and project them onto items. You can put the picture you choose onto a mug or a t-shirt and personalize it
