I am currently putting together ideas for attendant gifts for my May 23rd wedding. I have 7 attendants- all are fairly young between 16-21 as they are the siblings and cousins of my fiance and myself. I am trying to figure out attendant gifts that are something a bit more special than an engraved keychain or matchy matchy costume jewelry for the day.I’m trying to keep cost around $40 a person. What would you like to receive as a gift? What are you planning on giving?

I am thinking of seeing if I cant get them a designer purse, that matches there style. As woman we LOVE purses, your attendants are at the age that style does matter, what about a gift certificate to get their hair done?
A tanning gift certificate?
A designer wallet, purse.
What do they like? Are they into make up? What about getting them a make up bag with some Mac cosmetics?
I gave my attendents a sterling silver necklace with their 1st initial on the chain. They all wore them at the wedding.
the mac makeup idea is great
perfume (you can get the juicy one at costco for like $25 plus other designer ones)
gift certificates for nordstroms/hollister/wet seal/macys/etc.
stay away from:
costume jewelry
purses
candles
frames
Anything except jewelry. Get something that fits their individual personalities and interests that they will get use out of.
I was just an attendant at a wedding and she got us all make up bags with our initials on them. We had our wedding day jewlery in (we got them at rehearsal dinner) them but if you do not like that idea…I think the make up in a brand they like would be perfect. Or maybe gift certificates for something you can all do together close to the wedding…maybe mani/pedi,movie tickets or something depending on their interests.
I gave them silver heart lockets – beautiful and special. There was an engraved stylized floral design on the front.
