You’d have to get it from someplace that would do it custom for him. Lillian Vernon does custom names, so you shouldn’t have a problem, and there’s a big price range, too.

You can get some personalised portraits for your friend done at according to your specifications. They can even send the gift directly to your friend if you tell them so.
