I don’t have any girls (I have three boys though!) so what if you had your daughter bring her a barbie doll or something? I know they sell the beach barbies for like 5 or 10 dollars. Have a great thanksgiving!
Do not go too lavish on the gift because that could be awkward or look like you are really trying to impress in the most obvious way. Whatever you decide make sure it is something your daughter and 7 year old niece will enjoy together.
Play Dough and a mini rolling pin, cut outs, small pie tins, plastic knife will entertain for hours.
Homemade play dough recipe: Traditional Play Dough
* 1 cup flour
* 1 cup warm water
* 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
* 1 teaspoon oil
* 1/4 cup salt
* food coloring
Mix all ingredients, adding food coloring last. Stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from pan and knead until blended smooth. Place in plastic bag or airtight container when cooled. Will last for a long time. Happy Thanksgiving
I really like the play dough idea.
I wouldnt bring her anything. Its just his neice. I would feel awkward if my sisters boyfriend was to bring my child something. I would just skip that.
Hannah montan is a hit at that age so something that has to do with her she would love!:)
