I know how you feel! I opened a couple of them and let him play with them. I couldn’t take the curiosity anymore. Besides, they won’t be here on christmas morning so they won’t know.

This relative has a habit of buying gifts which aren’t age appropriate for my eldest – like a newborn outfit when she was about 4 months old, a toy for age 4 plus when she was about 18 months…

lol. I could never resist unwrapping all my kids presents off family/friends and then re-wrapping them for the kids to open on Christmas Day. They never sussed me out! Get opening!
well, i wrapped the majority of christmas presents for him so his daddy gets to open them- pah!
but he has about 6 really oddly shaped presents from other people (i’ve had a feel- see if i could guess. lol) and i’m itching to open them!! lol. he has a chunky one he got when we took him to see Santa i can’t wait to see what that one is!!! lol!!!

my babies are not that anymore but when they was i felt exactly the same i used to get so excited for them and it made my chrimbo i did open some aswell and i guess that makes me naughty too

I opened one…lol However, I bought my son a toy(colored donuts on a tower…you know the kind?) and my dad bought the same thing…I know this because they both made the same rattle and were the same shape obviously!

oh yeah and not just what my baby got but what my other two older kids got any time someone hands me a wraped gift for my kids it drives me bonkers till they can open it i could care less what i get i want to know what they got plus the fact some of my family gives really bad gifts (my uncle gave my son a pocket knife when he was 4) it ***** haveing to take away thre pressies

I have had to stop my 10 month old daughter from opening her own. She just loves paper and makes a super crawl straight for the tree on a few occasions!
It is exiting I feel like a child again! but I’m patient. My baby will probably be capable of opening them herself without any assistance!
