Do I pay tax on gifts that I take overseas?

gift baskets for kids

to find an Easter basket for my daughter, and decided that I really wanted to get her something that did not include a lot of candy. I am not one of those parents who forbids any type of sweet candy, but I do put limits on it. There is no need for her to gorge herself on candy for any reason, but a treat now and then is always wonderful for anyone. I do believe that children get too much, so I searched for gift baskets for kids that were not full of candy. I went home empty handed.

There were many of them where I looked, they were just not what I wanted. Many of the gift baskets for kids I found were full of toys, but much of it was junk. It was all cheap stuff that would hold her imagination for about five minutes before it was thrown down for something else. If it did last longer than five minutes in her hands, I know it would have been broken rather easily. There gift baskets for kids ranged in price, but even the high end ones were full of stuff that was not up to par.
