There’s a place that make creams like that based on Arran, not sure where they distribute to but perhaps they sell online too. I got some body moisturiser from Jedburgh, it’s really nice (according to my mum!)
Vaseline Intensive Care is excellent but I don’t know if it’s sold in Oz.

Try Arran Aromatics (based in Arran, unsurprisingly!). They have a good range of products for various skin types and I’ve always found them to be reliable. Their products also make lovely gifts.
The Body Shop have great hand cream. All different ones like mango, coconut and so many others.
try crabtree and evelyn…….stores all over UK and department stores and VERY english…….
We hav l’Occittane back in aus, so tryg giving her something nice from there as most of the products are VERY expensive
