I have thought of Marmite, Cadbury’s chocolate, Branston Pickle – what other English items do you think they would like?

My friend always wanted chocolate, salad cream and Monster Munch.

    Oh, and HP sauce.

If you can get some dry ice to keep some sausages frozen. We Yanks don’t even come close to those English sausages. Love those english sausages.

I would give them a mix of English and American things
It will help them adjust while still feeling at home

Mango chutney! I remember everything came with that when I lived there (was just for a year…)
I would say some Lilt, but hard to carry a big bottle of pop!

Isn’t Cadbury chocolate one of the things recalled? I think I read on the news that it has melmine in it. All those little babies got sick too because it was added to their milk.

take some photos and get them printed out, i’m sure they’d love to see some english photos.
do you know of any english books? that would be good, and maybe english sweets?
if they like fashion, take along a little something that represents english fashion.
and maybe a video of an english comedy or something to show them that english comedies are WAY better than american ones and ALWAYS have been! ha ha!
