It’s generally polite to stick to the registry since they put a lot of time into coordinating it. However, say if you bought a set of wine glasses, a nice bottle of wine to go along with it would be a great personal gift. Try to buy something related to the item you bought off the registry so they don’t end up with a personal gift that they won’t like or use.

has nothing to do w/ vegas @ all, but an unusual gift is a star. we got my brother in law this for his wedding to this day they say it was the best gift they received.

What about casino tokens with a message like Lucky in love, getting lucky tonight, hope these are lucky too with all my might I know, it’s corny but I’ve found women dig that stuff.

A wine decanter carved from dried elephant droppings would be very unusual. Get their initials engraved on the bottom and there you go … unusual and personalised!
